Of course, Minecraft players have died in Minecraft at least once. Dying in Minecraft can be one of the worse experience ever, especially when playing in Hardcore mode, because if you die while you are playing hardcore in a world, it will completely end. To alleviate this issue, the aim of the Death Chest Mod is to create a chest with the player items when he dies, as long as the player is carrying an empty chest in his inventory upon death.
With Death Chest, when you die, your carried chest will be placed down nearby a solid block, the chest will stay stashed as much you carried it before to die. However, the objectionable part of this mod is that the items from the hotkey bar or the equipped armors can’t be saved by this mod. But in order to get your items saved, you must keep some free spaces in your inventory, and once you died you can return back fast to recover the chest with your items.
There’s no way to deny that the Death Chest Mod is absolutely useful for those who often die in Survival Mode, It helps players to enjoy new experience in Minecraft world and keeps a dying player’s inventory safe until they can come and reclaim their dropped goods.
